And then Halloween was Over

The Hoot was a goodie bag made for my children's class. I love how you can make so much out of punches and the Big Shot. The cute faux apple was made by a fellow demonstrator. It was just so cute I kept it as a decoration in my kitchen. And now on to Thanksgiving.

This was an idea I saw another demonstrator use to make a baked gift a little extra special. Yummy pumpkin bread from our patcher to yours.

Boo Banner

You can make all kinds of banners using the pennant die cut. It's quick and easy to make special decorations for all occasions.

Teacher Gift Bag

A cleaver treat bag can be made with the Big Shot pennant die

Goodie Bags

These bags were made for a younger group of children for Halloween. The Big Shot Build a Bear die cuts were used.

Sun Catcher

This is a sun catcher made by another crafter in the house. Isn't it beautiful.

July 4th Scrapbook Page

I love this page, but it is still work in progress. The large firecracker still needs some sparkle and journaling. And then I have to add the photo.

Make and Take

Last weekend we had our monthly meeting with my up, down and sidelines. I love saying and writing that. My upline, Kim, had make and takes for us. This is what we made.

Happy Father's Day

I was recently involved in a Relay for Life with my stampin group. Since it was Father's Day weekend we made cards for the kids to color and give to their dads. This is the one my son made.

Birthday Cards

It's so much fun making birthday cards and here are two of the latest.

Party Favor 2

I recently had a Tastefully Simple party and decided to make a party favor. This is a binder clip I transformed into a photo clip. I thought it could also be used as a recipe card holder.

Note Card and Gift Box

I found this project on the StampinUp Demonstrator website and I just had to copy it. It's a gift box with six note cards. What made it so interesting to me was that you then make interchangeable sayings you can pick and choose to add to the card. The sayings included are; Just for You, Thank You, Fabulous Friend and Best Wishes. The stamps set used is called, Oval All. I just love this stamp set and project.

Good Friend Paperbag Scrapbook

This past weekend a group of my demonstrator friends and I got together for a marathon day of stamping. One of the projects we made together was this cute paperbag scrapbook. It consists of 6 pages within the scrapbook plus three additional pull-out pages. The stamp set used is called, "Good Friend", and the colors are fun and bright. I think this scrapbook would be great to showcase your children and their friends or maybe their pets.

Sunday, March 15, 2009

My Upline, Kim, had a great class a few weeks ago. We made this paper purse. It has a coordinating pen and two gift cards inside. I may also do a class on this purse in May as a Mother's Day gift.

Easter Projects

Still getting ready for the open house. My mom and I have been making some little gifts for sale that day. Here are some samples.

Hostess Gift

My upline, Kim suggested I make this as a Hostess Gift. The bag and a set of three cards are for anyone who hosts a StampinUp party.

Easter Scrapbook Layouts

Here are two pages I put together for my first scrapbook class. The theme is Easter. These are the backgrounds to add pictures to. I think I am going to charge $10 for the two page spread. Or if anyone wants to place a StampinUp order of $35, the class is free. Also I may give customers the options of changing the color scheme of the Spring page to pink and green. I think the major colors are covered for those cute Easter outfits.
